The lookout was built in 1938 from local red, slag-structured, slag basalt (hopoka).
The four-storey tower offers a 360-degree panorama. In clear weather approx. We can see 50 settlements, in the distance you can shine on the waters of Lake Balaton and the ranges of the Alps can be seen.
Approx. 100 meters away is a basalt organ-shaped monument erected to mark the 50th anniversary of the lookout. Next to it is a large cross, below which is a statue of St. Stephen.
There is also a buffet at the bottom of the lookout, especially on weekends. There are several tables and benches around the lookout.
